Evidence commits before it syncs.
Capture the work in basements, mechanical rooms and rural sites. Originals stay intact, and the crew can see exactly what still needs a connection.
Private-pilot validation
Offline-first job documentation for small field service teams. Capture photos, forms, readings, approvals and invoice-ready scope—even when the signal disappears.
For HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, inspection, landscaping and restoration crews. No payment required for the research call.
One evidence trail
FieldProof is deliberately narrower than a full CRM. It protects the fragile part of field work: proving what happened, securing approval and moving the same facts into an estimate or invoice.
Photos, voice notes, forms, readings and materials save on-device before the network gets a vote.
Every item says captured, waiting, synced, changed or needs attention. No mystery spinner.
Turn captured scope into a clear customer approval link and preserve the decision trail.
Create invoice-ready job packs and export clean evidence instead of retyping it at the office.
Complaint-first product design
We grouped 1,129 one-to-three-star reviews across eight established field-service apps. The same failures repeated across competitors—not as wishlist trivia, but as lost time, disputed work and delayed payment.
| Recurring complaint | Reviews | Apps affected |
|---|---|---|
| Price, add-ons, contracts and cancellation | 268 | 8 / 8 |
| Invoice, payment and quote-to-cash friction | 215 | 8 / 8 |
| Slow, crashing or reset-prone field app | 190 | 8 / 8 |
| Photo, upload, form or job-document failure | 99 | 7 / 8 |
| Weak offline mode and sync | 42 | 7 / 8 |
Planned pilot workflow
Capture the work in basements, mechanical rooms and rural sites. Originals stay intact, and the crew can see exactly what still needs a connection.
Trade- and job-specific checklists make required photos, forms and readings hard to forget.
Present the evidence behind added work, capture approval and attach it to the same timeline.
The first version is designed to export to accounting and incumbent systems. It will not pretend to replace payroll, dispatch optimization, inventory forecasting or a general ledger.
Who we want to learn from
“Prove what happened at the job, then turn that proof into approval and payment without entering it twice.”
This is our synthesis of recurring review themes, not a customer testimonial.
Clear answers
FieldProof is in private-pilot validation. We are looking for owner-operators and small crews willing to walk us through one recent job where documentation, approval or invoicing broke down.
No. The first version is a focused field-evidence and quote-to-cash layer. Export and coexistence come before a broad replacement suite.
The planned workflow saves evidence on the device first and exposes the sync status for each item. The pilot will test this behavior in real field conditions before broader release.
The initial research conversation is free. Pilot scope, timing and any price test will be agreed transparently with design partners before they commit.
Show us where photos vanished, approvals went missing or office staff had to re-enter the field notes. That complaint is where the product starts.
