The web server may process standard technical log information such as IP address, requested URL, time, user agent and response status for security and reliability. The site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies.
When you contact us
Pilot links open your own email client. If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer the inquiry, evaluate pilot fit and continue the conversation you requested.
What not to send
Do not email customer records, payment details, health information, credentials or confidential job evidence during the initial inquiry. We will agree on an appropriate process before reviewing sensitive workflow material.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Service providers may process data only where needed to host the site or deliver email. We retain correspondence while it is useful for the pilot relationship, legal obligations or security, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed.
Your request
You may ask what inquiry information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from pilot communication by emailing hello@district-ai.com. Applicable legal rights can vary by location.
Product privacy
This notice covers the public validation website. Before a working FieldProof pilot processes job or customer data, pilot participants will receive product-specific terms, security details and data-handling information.
